We have a few more events coming up so we hope you can join us.

We will add more Virtual Vacations to our calendar soon. These are co-hosted with another travel partner and other Travel Advisors. We have covered many destinations so far and you can access the recordings on our website. There is no more need to enter our contact info to view the recordings!

We have hosted several other Travel Nights over the past few months. Check out these recorded presentations and share with a friend so they can join you!

Recorded Presentation

Here is the link to the Italian Cooking Class in Oct Recording. You can view it again or view it for the first time if you weren’t able to make the live event. You can also share this with friends!

We didn’t really have any offers during our class but if you are interested in having us help you plan your next trip, we will give you 20% off our consultation fee if you mention that you watched or participated with us. This offer is good until Nov 30, 2020.

Pre-Event Photos

We took some photos of the ingredients and some of the tools we used during the class. The first photo is our Chef Aldo’s set up and tools. The next two photos were from our test run of this event/recipe and we had a hard time finding Rapini (Broccoli Rabe) so Monica used Mustard Greens. It turned out really good too! The 3rd photo was from Tia who also had a hard time finding Rapini and she tried Spinach. Our recommendation if you use spinach is not to boil it with the pasta water and just add it with the cooked pasta. It doesn’t take as much time to cook as the other hearty greens.

The last two photos are Monica’s and she made two versions of the dish during the live class. One gluten free and the other with regular pasta. It is a good thing she has a big kitchen!

Post-Event Photos

Here are the photos of our results and a group photo. The first photo is from our Chef Aldo. The next two photos are Monica’s regular and gluten-free dishes. The 4th photo (next to Monica) is from one of our guests Lisa. They all look yummy!

The last few photos were of Monica before the class got started and a quickly taken group photo of everyone who participated.

It was an easy dish to make and we were done in 40 minutes with taking our time and listening to instructions. Let us know how your dish turned out and share your photos with us!
