WHAT’S NEW WITH ABHT

Last month was another one filled with Virtual Vacations and Monica even took a mini-vacation to Birch Bay, WA. You can see some of her photos above. Not much is going on with the gang here other than we Zoom once a week to stay in touch with each other. We have discovered silly filters for our Zoom calls and you can see the results of that above. Also, it was Tia’s birthday at the start of the month so we were happy to surprise her with a fun gift.
The phones have been ringing more but they are more entertaining than true interests for booking new trips. There have certainly been some strange phone calls these past few months! If we can help people and they remember that we helped them, perhaps they will book their next trip with us!
Finally, we also have a few destination presentations that we are hosting exclusively for our clients. We had one last month and the link to the recording is below. We have two more this month and another planned for October but we are still working out the exact date. Our presentations mostly are focusing on USA destinations as many clients have expressed an interest of travel domestically before going international again.

NEW SAMPLE ITINERARIES
Here are our most recent additions to our website. There are three new sample itineraries that you might want to check out:
What is the difference between a sample itinerary and travel package?
Sample itineraries generally have no pricing and are meant to give a general idea of what you can do and see at a particular destination. Often, these are itineraries we have planned for past clients and have removed all the personal details.
A travel package will often come with a starting price and it generally has a set date or range of dates to travel. The travel package itinerary is already pre-planned and sometimes you will travel with a small group of like-minded travelers. However, many of these packages can be customized for your own personal travel needs.
EVENT CALENDAR
We have been hosting free, fun & informative destination themed travel nights for the past year. Most of them are at our office in Lynnwood but we are also experimenting with other locations as well. We have some nibbles, wine and bubbly water while we share some information about specific destinations. However, we have had to switch gears due to social gathering restrictions and are now offering Virtual Vacations instead! Most are co-hosted with other Travel Advisors and our trusted Travel Partners however, we have a few that we are planning exclusively for our clients.
We would love for you to join us or share these events with someone who you think would be interested in attending. Please RSVP and bring a friend! All of these events can be found on the Event Calendar on our website too. It is required that you RSVP so we can share the presentation link with you. It is often a personal link that only one person can use.

We have been busy during this down time by co-hosting these amazing Virtual Vacations with one of our trusted travel partners. These have been very well received so we are continuing them as long as there is interest in the destinations. Here are the recorded presentations that you can view at your own leisure. You can even share them with your friends or if you know someone interested in traveling to one of these destinations.

We love our clients and we know it has been a tough time this year. No one could have predicted it would result in a complete and total shutdown of our industry and many other businesses as well. We have been able to get a business loan to get us through and we were able to reduce some expenses as well. We appreciate all the love and support our clients have sent to us over the past few months.
We know this isn’t the time to be planning trips. At least not for travel within the next few months for MOST destinations but we are ready to plan your trip for the end of this year and into 2021. We can also process your Consultation Fee now and plan your custom trip when you (or your destination) are ready. Or, you can put down a deposit on your Consultation Fee and we will hold your place in line. We anticipate many people calling us when things start to open up again. Why book on your own when you can have a professional as your advocate? Sign up below if you are interested. Only 10 people will be allowed to participate.
