Portugal Cooking Class Recording
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this cooking class! Perhaps we have figured out all the glitches at last? We finally had a class without any messages where people had problems. We had another nice turnout and it was a bit smaller than previous classes but that was just fine with us.
Let us know if you cooked along with us, watched it live or if you watched the recording. We would love photos of your dishes too so send them to us. We enjoyed every moment of these classes and Chef Aldo is a delight. Let us know if you have more ideas for classes!
We have more events in the works and the only one confirmed is our Tahiti Cooking Class. We also are working on an Discover Ireland Night and Discover Japan Night so stay tuned to this email list and we will share them when they are scheduled.

Last year, we co-hosted several destination based presentations and most destinations around the world were covered. You can access the recordings on our website but let us know if you have an idea for a new destination.
Additionally, we have hosted several Travel Nights that have been exclusive to our travel agency over the past few months. Check out these recorded presentations and share with a friend so they can join you on the trip! We also included the recordings to the previous cooking classes with Chef Aldo in case you missed it.

Event Photos
We took some photos of the ingredients and our progress during the class. The first photo is Monica’s ingredients and the next photo is the tomatoes she forgot in the sink. The third photo is her finished dish.
Next up were Tia’s photos of her finished dish and the dish on her plate. She also took a selfie with Monica in the background. Cute! The second to last photo was from Andrea and her roommate who were practicing kitchen safety and making sure the chicken was cooked with a thermometer. Good job ladies! Finally, the last photo is from one of our class participants Kelly Kramer. Thank you!
We would love it if you could share your photos with us when you get a chance. Either reply to this email or you can post it on our social media. In the last class, one of the attendees tagged us on Facebook so we were able to see the photos. Just make sure to send us a message if you do that as we don’t always see the notification from Facebook.
