French Cooking Class Recording

Our cooking classes continue to draw a large number of people registering for our events! We had over 60 people register and about 25 people attend the event live. Not everyone cooks along with us as we have more than half just watching. It is still an amazing turn out so we will continue these classes for as long as we have time for them. Our business is picking up so we have to focus on our clients but there are more events in the works.

We still have some people having problems with Zoom/Eventbrite so we just aren’t sure what is going on. Most people don’t seem to have a problem but every class have, there are at least a few people who message us with problems. We are trying to make sure the information is included in the emails from Eventbrite in case people have problems accessing their ONLINE EVENT PAGE. We send out several reminder emails before our event starts. One email with the ingredient list goes out about 3 days prior and we send out the Zoom link about 2 hours before. Please make sure and check your spam folders for these emails.

Let us know if you cooked along with us, watched it live or if you watched the recording. We would love photos of your dishes too so send them to us. We very much appreciate Chef Aldo and sharing his love of travel and cooking with us!

Here are the upcoming cooking classes that we are hosting so make sure to sign up if you are interested. We have one more in the works for Tahiti so stay tuned!

  • Sat Jan 23rd @ 1pm – Portugal Cooking Class
  • Sat Feb 20th @ 1pm – Tahiti Cooking Class (registration link coming soon)

We will try to add more fun virtual events to our calendar on our website as soon as they get scheduled. We are traveling to Cancun at the end of January so you might see some Facebook and Instagram photos instead. Last year, we co-hosted several destination based presentations and most destinations around the world were covered. You can access the recordings on our website but let us know if you have an idea for a new destination.

Additionally, we have hosted several Travel Nights that have been exclusive to our travel agency over the past few months. Check out these recorded presentations and share with a friend so they can join you on the trip! We also included the recordings to the previous cooking classes with Chef Aldo in case you missed it.

See you at the next one!

Recorded Presentation

Here is the link to the French Cooking Class Recording. You can view it again or view it for the first time if you weren’t able to make the live event. You can also share this with friends!

We are also including the PDF of the recipe and instructions below and a link to our Discover France sample travel itinerary that has three different options depending on how much time you have to spend in France. We are happy to customize your trip to France based on your travel needs and desires!

We didn’t really have any offers during our class but if you are interested in having us help you plan your next trip, we will give you 20% off our consultation fee if you mention that you watched or participated in the cooking class with us. This offer is good until Feb 15, 2021.

Event Photos

We took some photos of the ingredients and our progress during the class. The first photo is Monica’s ingredients and the two below that are the brandy, wine and chicken she used. She had the tip ahead of time from the chef to marinate her chicken since her chicken thighs still needed to defrost. The last two photos is Monica’s finished dish and Tia’s empty, practically licked clean plate is the last photo. It was so delicious that they forgot to take a photo of the finished dish.

Jonny & Debbie’s Photos

We were so happy to have photos shared with us by these two participants in our class! It looks like they had a lot of fun and they also licked their plate clean too. We welcome more photos and would love if you could share your creation with us.
