How to Find a Safe Vacation Spot During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Travel is back! Are you eager to book travel plans after a long year of COVID-19 lockdowns and quarantines? While conditions are improving in many areas, the pandemic isn’t over yet. You may want to bring home a pile of postcards, T-shirts, and coffee mugs from your travels. But chances are, you don’t want to bring home a contagious virus with you.

This graphic will give you the tools to know how to check case counts; mask requirements; and state, territorial, tribal, and local travel restrictions to help you pick a destination and stay safe when you get there. It also shares ways to stay healthy on your journey as well as when you arrive. For example, you’ll have a good idea of what to think about and ask when you book your accommodations. COVID-19 may have changed travel forever, but you can still enjoy a relaxing getaway by taking some common-sense precautions.
