About Hotel Phoenix:
The hotel, which was built in 2009 from typical natural materials from the Zermatt region, welcomes you with a cozy, comfortable and at the same time modern atmosphere. There are three room categories to choose from: Standard, Superior and Deluxe. The deluxe double rooms and standard double rooms can be booked with or without a view of the Matterhorn.
The hotel is centrally but very quietly located in the Wiesti district (near the Sunnegga cable car). In 7-8 minutes you can walk to the train s tation, the village center and the various sports facilities. The bus stop to the Klein Matterhornbahn is only 200 m away, the Sunnegga-Rothorn Paradise valley station can be reached in just 1-2 minutes on foot.
The building heating and hot water is 100% geothermal and thus makes a contribution to environmental protection. Domestic materials such as stone and wood are combined with glass both indoors and outdoors. Due to the manageable number of rooms in the hotel, we can fully concentrate on our guests and cater to you.

Additional Options (Extra Cost)
Ski room: You can store your equipment in our easily accessible ski room. We have a ski boot heater, which guarantees you warm shoes for the next day of skiing. The hotel is happy to have your skis waxed and sharpened (at an additional cost).
Bar and lounge: Relax in front of the fireplace, let your mind wander in the warm and peaceful atmosphere. Use the time out for a few homemade gourmet snacks, small starters or browse a little through your favorite book. Our hotel bar offers you a well-deserved break.
Massages: The hotel is happy to offer you massage options in-house by trained specialist staff. Relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking.

Group space is based on availability of live inventory and no space will be held without a $300 per person deposit. A second payment of $1,000 is due July 1st. Remaining payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
NOTE: If we are not providing air, we must have air schedules 60 days prior to departure in order to provide transfers. Adding air schedules after 60 days will result in a $25 revision fee per person.
