A message from the Bride & Groom,
In planning and preparation of our wedding in Jamaica, we have chosen Anywhere But Here Travel, Inc. to be our Official Travel Services Provider. We are so happy that you will be with us to celebrate our big day. Please join us from May 22 to May 26, 2023 (at least). To make it easy, we have already reserved your room at our chosen hotel, Hilton Rose Hall.
To confirm your reservation, please work directly with Andrea King of Anywhere But Here Travel, Inc (ABHT). Our travel specialist will collect your room deposit and confirm your room.
Please note that any reservations made outside of our group can’t be moved into the group. As a group, we have access to value adds and extra benefits for us and for our guests. We don’t want you to be left out of the fun so please speak with ABHT before making any travel reservations.
To move forward, ABHT will need some information from you. You will find links to their forms at the end of this letter. Please follow those links to fill out and submit the necessary forms.
Once these forms are received, Andrea, or someone from her team, will be in contact to assist you with your room, airport transfers, travel insurance and any other travel arrangements you may need.
You can also call or text Andrea at 425-276-8280 if you have questions or need more information before moving forward. Please fill out our forms to start the process of confirming your room.
We are so excited to have you join us, and we are sure you are too! We will be busy working with the wedding planner to plan and prepare the wedding ceremony and any events related to the wedding. This is one of the many reasons I have acquired the services of a travel specialist so, please reach out directly to ABHT with travel related questions. As much as we would love to help, you will be better served speaking with the experts!
