Wow, again we had an amazing interest in our cooking class. Again we had almost 70 people register. We had some glitches with the Eventbrite registrations so we are not really sure what happened. Several people didn’t get the email to access the recipe and Zoom link. You have access as soon as you register to the ONLINE EVENT PAGE which has the Zoom information and recipe link to download. Plus, we send out several reminder emails before our event starts. One email with the ingredient list goes out about 3 days prior and we send out the Zoom link about 2 hours before. Please make sure and check your spam folders for these emails. We did have over 20 people watching and cooking with us so we didn’t think there were any big issues.

Let us know if you cooked along with us or watched it live. We have the recorded link below so let us know if that is how you watched. We would love photos of your dishes too so send them to us. We very much appreciate Chef Aldo and sharing his love of travel and cooking with us!

We will try to add more fun virtual events to our calendar on our website as soon as they get scheduled. We are traveling to Cancun at the end of January so you might see some Facebook and Instagram photos instead. Last year, we co-hosted several destination based presentations and most destinations around the world were covered. You can access the recordings on our website but let us know if you have an idea for a new destination.

Event Photos

We took some photos of the ingredients and some of the tools we used during the class. The first photo is Monica’s ingredients and the next one is her finished dish with a slice on a plate. She forgot to add the cheese so it ended up on top. Tia’s stove is the next one and her son made the dish while she helped us with the chat. The last one is from Glenn & Dale who cooked after the class and it turned out very nice!
