Our passion is assisting travelers with quality, high-value vacations, and to do so, we match you with an expert Travel Consultant that has dedicated her/his life to learning the travel industry. Your Consultant will create a vacation experience that is best for you based on your travel style, budget and desired experience.
We answer the phone when you call, and promise to never leave you on hold for 3 hours, or transfer you to 5 different associates just to be told that you can’t be helped. We are here for you 24/7 and will gladly assist you should you require assistance during your travel. Our customer service is well beyond the norm.
Overview
When you call our team to discuss your travel plans with us, we usually go over our process and how we work. However, we know it is a lot of information and some people are visual so, we put this information together for you.
STEP 1: Discover The Journey
We’ll ask about your travel plans and we will explain how our services work in one short phone call. It usually takes 20-30 minutes. You can book your call online or just give us a call at 425-608-0266 during normal business hours.
STEP 2: Consultation Fee & Paperwork
We’ll ask you to fill out some paperwork and pay our consultation fee. It includes the research and creation of your travel itinerary plus a one on one meeting with your Travel Expert.
Step 3: We Start Planning
Our team gets to work on planning your amazing vacation experience. We have a team of travel experts on staff and we work with some of the best travel partners so nothing gets left out.
We have built great partnerships with many destinations, brands, suppliers, and the like. Some suppliers, tourism boards, etc. pay us to promote their area and brands, and some pay us for trusting them with our clients. Of course not all brands, products and services compensate us for our time and expertise. Airlines are a good example of this.
However, our priority is you, the client, and providing you with the best vacation options to create your ideal trip. We pride ourselves on matching you with the best components for your trip – not pushing services that aren’t really a good match for your travel plan.
Step 4: Book Your Trip
Once everything is to your liking and within your desired spending range, we will collect a small deposit to confirm your services. The final balance is paid about 45-60 days prior to departure.
Step 5: Travel Tips & Advice
Of course, this is not the end! We will be with you every step of the way to provide various travel tips and make sure you have everything you need.
It depends on the type of trip but we will be there to remind you when to make dining reservations, book shore excursions, select seats on your flights, share city guides, remind you to apply for any Visas or entry documents, share our favorite places to eat and more!
Step 6: Bon Voyage!
We also meet with you a few weeks before you depart to review everything that has been booked, plus you will have a cool app that will have everything at your fingertips.
