Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend
I have to geek out for a moment and say that I am CRAZY about Disney. Crazy in a “Wear mouse ears & skip down Main Street” kind of way. Crazy in a “Chase the characters down for photos” kind of way. Why, you may ask? Quite simply, because Disneyland is truly the “Happiest Place on Earth”.
And I’m here to tell you that Disneyland is celebrating their 60th Diamond Anniversary this year. All of the festivities kick off on May 22nd and they are taking things to a whole new level. I recently had the pleasure of dining with Mickey and Minnie when they were in town visiting. Yes, right here in Washington, and when I say that the anniversary celebration will be nothing short of spectacular……Well, I got it straight from the VIP mice themselves.
What can you expect?
- Castles bathed in jewels
- Pixie dust galore
- Interactive dance along parades
- A brand new “Paint the night” electrical parade
- Disneyland Forever – Immersive fireworks shows
- Color and lights abound
- 500 new 60th anniversary commemorative products available only during the celebration.
That’s just to name a few of the FAB things that are happening. I can’t wait to go down and experience the magic firsthand and I KNOW you want to go too. Let me make Disneyland a reality for you with a little bit of planning and a touch of “Bibbity Bobbity Boo”.
